Woman can be said as a independent person who knows how to think and share ideas. she is the symbol of independence, love, caring, and intensity. However, women have not been treated nicely by men all throughout time. They have the rights to have jobs. Women are just like men. Although our society nowadays are really complicated and not enough to give women all their rights. How? by encouraging her with respect and power. We have to listen to  what they ask. They want to ensure conferences? Let them. They know and think before they do whatever. We can make a lot of activities as following, walk the talk about income injustice, find female mentor, leaders, encourage women to come forward and speak their minds, and have an open-minded work atmosphere.
